Sushi Zen is easily one of the best sushi restaurants around Brighton.

As you walk in you are immediately greeted by a friendly staff and an aroma that overwhelms your senses. Whether you are a first time sushi eater or a veteran, Sushi Zen will accommodate your needs with an extensive list of rolls to a full dinner menu.

Price can be an issue, but it is well worth it for quality sushi made almost in front.

With rolls such as the "U of M" and the "Livingston", there is an impressive variety of ingredients to be tasted on any meal.

Every meal is served fresh with miso soup and your choice of appetizer. The wait for food is next to nothing as top sushi chefs prepare meals with speed without hindering any of the quality.

Among the rolls and dinner dishes they have special deserts such as green tea ice cream served with fried bananas, enough to die for!

If you plan on bringing a large party they can certainly accommodate with elaborate and artistic means by serving an array of sushi on a large wooden boat or bridge. It is certainly exciting to see a finely crafted boat with many kinds of sushi on it for you to try!

I also love Sushi Zen for it has take out when you do not feel like sitting at the restaurant to eat your meal. Ordering take out also does not diminish the quality of the sushi in any manner.

I personally give this restaurant five stars and always look to Sushi Zen for any sushi cravings I may be having!
