  Toshi offers sashimi, nigiri, and many varied maki rolls. Being a hamachi fan, I often order the 5-piece hamachi sashimi for $8. “Like buttuh.” My usual dinner companion loves their amaebi nigiri, served with the fried shrimp heads. (He eats everything but the eyeballs -- I stick to the actual shrimp.)

  Wildfish Sushi is located in Arlington Heights, IL, and it is one of the few restaurants in the area that saves suburbanite sushi lovers a trek down into the city of Chicago. The food here, while a bit pricey, is fantastic. Everything is artistically presented on the plate and looks as great as it tastes.

  Minami is, by far, best place for sushi in Dunedin, New Zealand. Overall I give Minami a 9 out of 10. If you live in Dunedin or just passing through, its definitely worth a stop.

  I must state that I am a vegetarian and therefore I do not consume creatures of the deep. However, Snappy's vegetarian options make me a happy girl! My favorite item is the Italian garden battera style sushi. It is the brown sushi topped with basil oil, avocado, cucumber, roasted red pepper and baked tomato. It is amazing!
