Tasty Tuna Roll

  • a thin omlete sliced into small strips

  • 2 tablespoons caned tuna in oil

  • sesame seeds

  • a sheet of toasted nori

  • 2 cups of cooked sushi rice

  • 1 avocado cut into small wedges

  • sushi mat


  • Method

    1. Place sheet of nori on the sushi mat.


    2. Scoop a handful of cooked sushi rice and spread it evenly on the seaweed press it down so that it sticks to the sheet of seaweed.


    3.sprinkle some sesame seeds over the rice.


    4.drain the tuna so that no oil drips when eating your sushi, and put it in a small bowl.


    5.put some of the drained tuna on the seaweed sheet so that it is on the side that you're rolling and press down to make a thick line of tuna.


    6.get three of the omlete strips and put them evenly next to the tuna.


    7.put small avocado wedges on the sheet and spread them evenly next to the omlete strips.


    8.now its time to roll.


    9.after you have rolled the seaweed sheet to make a cylinder shape, get a very sharp knife and cut the sushi in half.if some rice is coming out of the sushi place it on the edge of the sushi mat and push it so that the sides are flat.


    10. put on a plate and serve with light soy sauce.(optional)
